Audit of warehoused SKF items

Every leading manufacturer of bearings in the world encounters fakes. SKF has taken an uncompromising stance in this respect. The point is that the trade with fakes is not only illegal and unethical, but most of all it presents a real threat to customers safety, and affects the finances and the very existence of industrial companies. Further, such a trade harms local economies and exposes to danger people who produce the fakes in adverse working conditions.

Thus, SKF tries to draw attention to the existence of fake industrial products and recommends its customers to protect themselves against such products by purchasing only from authorised distributors.

Authorised distributors undergo audits of warehoused stocks in order to verify that purchasing SKF bearings from these companies is truly the only way to avoid fakes and that bearings from these sources are guaranteed original SKF products.

Last week, such an audit was conducted in ADOZ,s.r.o., in its central warehouse in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The auditing team was lead by Ms. Tina Aström, the trademark protection division director and a member of SKF's top management. In the audit, warehoused SKF bearings were checked, after which it was stated that all these bearings were genuine and came from SKF production plants.

ADOZ, s.r.o., guarantees the purchase of original SKF bearings.
